I've played in rock bands since 1989 and. although I still love playing regular ol' rock shows, I now prefer to produce and play in rock benefits for homeless shelters.

"Covers for Cover" benefited Deborah's Place in 2006, "Hope! Hope! Hope!" was for Chicago Coalition for the Homeless in 2008, and "Covers for Cover II" benefited "Coalition for Abused Women and their Children" in 2009. In 2010, there was a food drive for Greater Chicago Food Depository. In 2011, "Covers for Cover III" benefited "Primo Center for Women and Children".

Here is our The Cars cover band, Double Life at Lincoln Hall in 2009:

I mostly play rock drums, but also sing and have played keyboards in bands. Music is such an important part of life and I miss it when I'm not playing. My new band is Asian Girl Army - stay tuned for more info. I'm so excited!

Here is info on projects I've worked on:
Check out this track by the incredible Bradelecto with my vocals.

I drummed in Tatsu Aoki's "Re:Rooted" project in Millennium Park on July 27, 2006.  Here are photos.

I played keyboards and sang in Cats and Jammers. We put on an eneretic show playing *smart* pop songs. I miss this band.

Kim is the best band I've ever been in. I love us! I miss me some Janet Kim and Yanti Arifin, but life took us in different directions. Long Live Kim.

A very fun project was Illinois First! John Greenfield strikes again with witty lyrics and catchy melodies. This band is all about the history of Illinois! It's great fun.

Rock Mime World was an unique project with Carleton. He's mimed for decades and his cool mime shows are accompanied by the talented Jow Krowka. I drummed for them.
